We also serve Alaska and Hawaii, however, please understand that due to higher shipping costs to these states, we cannot provide the Free Shipping option to these states.
Standard US shipping is available for FREE on orders $125 and up.

Orders under $99 = $59.99
Our primary shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 days.
Depending on where we're delivering your order, transit takes only 1-4 days.
Since the products we sell are perishable and cannot be restocked or sold again, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us here within seven (7) days of the date you received the meal ingredients and we may either replace the item at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.

I love this cut of meat. I slice it and pound it and make grillades, a New Orleans slow-cooked favorite with this wonderfully flavorful cut getting more tender by the minute simmering in a creole red gravy. Yummy beyond yum!

Tasty but needed slow cooking. I used a few ounces for stir-fry: NOT a good idea. This lovely animal had to walk around to eat, so he was a lean creature which translates to tougher muscle. I'm a newbie to grass fed meats, others may well know this. VERY little fat on this cut - a non-chef's challenge
